* $450.00 a month and 10 % commission for a minimum of 90 days without release of possession to owner. * No price increase allowed for 90 days except for injury or lameness. * We refuse to sell horses with lameness issues. * We consign broke horses only - no green broke horses please ( Green broke breaking and train is $750.00 a month) Horses must be dropped off with original registration papers and signed transfer. * Buyers will not bother the Seller/Owners. No phone calls, meetings, hauling etc... * We will match horse to rider with prayer : ) * We take out all the hassle out of rehoming your pet. * We evaluate the horses assets, make picture albums, videos, train, haul, show them, haul them to the VET for examinations, advertise them and give lessons to the new Owners. *Consignment sale horses must stay 30 days in training prior to selling. *We like to put them through all the tests. Roping, Barrel Racing, Trail Riding, Cow Catching, Catching leads, Tune ups in the round pen setting their heads, lameness examination and veterinarian examination. * All horses are sold as is all sales final no refunds and everything has to be upfront to keep our reputation. * Sales are cash only- no checks as they take up to 14 days to clear - All sales final - No refunds. * Vet examinations are done prior to loading your horse into Buyers trailer. * Try outs are done at exhibitions and practice ropings on live cattle only. No competitions allowed prior to sale as we have found the few unruly people who like to use a sale horse not to purchase but only to compete to see what a great horse feels like. |
