Refundable if Pre Purchase exam is negative only. No personal checks they can take up to 14 days to clear. Cash only or cashiers check. Horse must be paid in full before shipper picks up. United States Bank drafted cashiers checks are accepted. If a Buyer refuses a pre purchase exam prior to signing agreement and loads him in the trailer and takes him home, he has no right to slander the seller. Impulse buyers, understand all sales are final, as is no refunds. Your Vet is welcome to come out to our ranch or we will haul to the Vet of your choice within a 50 mile radius (Buyer pays fuel if over 20 miles) minimum $50 or $2.00 a mile which ever is greater, to assure equine is not hurt in purchasers possession. Horses are unpredictable. We will not be liable for your equine in anyway after he is loaded into your trailer and purchase is finalized. Pre Purchase Exam is done before going home. A horse can fall down in a trailer. Get kicked by new horses at the new ranch gang. Get hung up in the stall. Horses can run a new horse through the fence. Cut their eyes on tree branches. Colic from eating moldy hay, feed changes... Bust a splint bone from not wearing splint boots. Pull a stifle from being rode too hard... The list goes on and on. We meet Customers at different arenas to familiarize on how we ride, handle and care for the them to keep them tuned and working, but, without continued lessons this cannot be guaranteed, as nothing can be guaranteed with equines unpredictable natures. Continuing horsemanship, clinics, lessons, videos etc is a lifelong practice.The wrong information can destroy, confuse, dramatise, physically and mentally harm an equine. I will try my best to help you succeed, but cannot guarantee your success. After you take him home he is your responsibility to care for and to continue training, slow work or tune ups. Horses are animals they are not a machine you can turn off , and turn on later and expect them to stay downloaded like a computer. When they are used to a certain routine from one owner and you change it to another one, there is a very big chance it won't work out. If you don't do slow work you are guaranteed failure. (if it's not broke don't fix it.) We try to communicate the horses abilities and needs mentally and physically as bluntly as we know possible. It is hard work keeping a competitive edge on a horse and it dosn't come by leaving him in the pasture and not tuning him back up after a run before you go to another one. If you don't have an arena disc one up for heavens sake. You don't need sides... You have to keep training your horse during the week or he will get dull. A lazy horseman with no patience accomplishes absolutely nothing and will always blame his horse when it was the hoseman who didn't show the horse what he was supposed to do in the first place. NO PROBLEM HORSES - JUST PROBLEM RIDERS. PICK UP ONLY - NO DELIVERY Coxx Ranch / Coxx Ranches LLC/ JB & Michelle Coxx are not liable or responsible for Hay or Horse deliveries. All sales are final, as is, no refunds... If you pick up or if you hire a Trucker to pick up. We will not be responsible for non delivery of merchandise. That is between the Buyer and the Delivery Person hired by the Buyer... Horses are unpredictable and Hay should be inspected by Buyer or Buyers representative before loading. Coxx Ranch is not responsible for on time deliveries of any kind. This is between you and the Trucker you have hired to pick up your merchandise or animal. If Merchandise or animal is not picked up within 30 days of receipt Customer agrees to pay a minimum charge of $10 a day storage fees or boarding fees. Coxx Ranch will not be responsible for damages, injuries, death or decompisition of merchandise. If horses or Merchandise is not picked up by Buyer or his delivery people Merchandise and or horse will be sold to another Buyer and monies will be forfieted. Late fee's and charges will still be due and forwarded to the credit bureau. All purchases are NON REFUNDABLE.... DELIVERIES are the COMPLETE RESPONSIBILITY of the BUYER. JB & Michelle Coxx Please keep training your horse after he goes home. Go to reining, roping or barrel racing clinics. Buy the videos if you cannot go a lot. Keep your horsmanship education moving forward and your horse will advance to greater levels. If you don't continue training your horse will loose his handle and could require 30 day tuneups from a professional trainer. |
